Another aspect of Invisalign’s treatment that you should love is the fact that you can remove your aligners for up to 2 hours a day. This means that you won’t need to worry about brushing and flossing with anything in the way, and you can continue to eat normally as you won’t have to wear your aligners during mealtimes.
